HR development and planning: recruit, train, and evaluate employees to mentor Chinese students in their application process to Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD programs in the US
Build the team from 3 employees to 50 employees within 1 year
Coordinate and supervise individual case assignments on a weekly basis based on clients’ needs and mentors’ expertise. Maintain 100% completion rate.
Co-manage with the CEO legal operations in terms of employee and client contracts
